Role and Responsibilities
IT Unlock is an IT consulting firm. Our mission is improving our client's current condition in IT. We are looking for a talented WorkDay implementer. This is a 1.5 year mandate with renewal possibilities. The work is done in Ville Saint-Laurent and it will begin ASAP. Beautiful technologies and nice challenge are waiting for you. Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projects working directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and drive requirements sign-off
  • Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions
  • Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs
  • Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform
  • Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of Workday Certified Integration consulting experience
  • Current Integration Certification held over 2 years with Workday and other specialty integration certifications preferred
  • Able to demonstrate the creation of innovative solutions for complex Workday integrations
  • Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.)
  • Outstanding Excel skills
  •               Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and clients, make an impact, and provide excellent client service

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Management Information Systems or related in IT
Skillset
Required:
• 2+ years in Workday implementation
• Experienced with many of those modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Expenses, etc.)
• Experienced as a business analyst
• Experienced as a functional analyst
• Great communicator in English or Bilingual

Asset:
• Certification in Workday integration
• Bachelor degree in IT or related fields.
