IT Talent Specialist - Montreal

We are currently looking for an IT talent specialist with an entrepreneurial profile, which is results-oriented and has an excellent network of contacts.

What we are looking for:

• A recruiter who wants to innovate in his role, knowing how to be creative, responsible, autonomous, having a collaborative spirit and demonstrating strong initiative abilities at work.

• The person joining our team must have at least 2 years of experience in a staffing or technical recruitment firm

• Be able to recruit via social media (LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and personal social networks) and find the best candidates for technical and non-technical positions.

• Excellent ability to quickly assess candidates to ensure they are fit for use

• Have a proactive attitude in the interview and follow-up process, reference checks, salary recommendations and candidate relationship management.

• Manage your time effectively

• Excellent communication skills on the telephone or face-to-face with candidates

• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and with all levels of candidates (technical, management, management)

• Ability to influence decision-making by managers and team members throughout the hiring process

• Bilingualism both oral and written


• Identify, clarify and define the skills and expertise of the desired profiles for the company

• Ensure the updating of candidate data in our online recruitment system (Zoho Recruit), contact lists, employee references, as well as passive candidates via internal and external networks, cold calling, announcements and Internet searches.

• Optimize the recruitment process on the Web and social media

• Qualify candidates, work history, training, life skills, know-how, availability, technical skills and salary requirements.

• Use the Zoho Recruit Recruitment System to procure, track and update candidate records and client requirements

• Update the candidate tracking system at all times and leave important marks for transparency and efficiency

• Participate in various recruitment events to maximize employer branding, training and networking

• Establish strong relationships with managers to ensure an effective recruitment process
