As Workday HR Business Analyst, your main function will be doing HR business analysis, configuring Workday, documenting business process, testing, build test scenarios and facilitate communications between teams in Canada, the US and Mexico. You will be working in a team of 50 people worldwide. 

Tasks
 Analyze customer needs
 Understand HR business processes
 Elicit the existing and future processes from the SMEs
• Able to survive and to advice in a new implementation where the HR business process is still ambiguous
 Able to ensure an excellent communication between senior analyst, PM in finance, senior people in operations, etc.
 Write business process documentation in English.

Requirements
 3+ years experience in HR business analysis;
 Strong business process documentation;
 Good communicator;
 Experience with Workday HCM and Compensation;
 Experience with MS Office and Visio;
 People person;
 Strong in English or bilingual;
 Detail oriented, good personality and curious.

Assets
 Experience in retail industry;
