CEO Appointment

IT Unlock announces the appointment of Maxime Leclair as Chief Executive Officer (CEO, effective September 5, 2022). He will succeed in a smooth transition to CEO, as James Nguyen will focus his time and energy in other business activities. Maxime Leclair has more than 25 years of experience within large and S&M corporations in the IT and financial sectors managing complex, diversified IT operations. Maxime brings tremendous expertise in corporate strategy, business development and operational management.

He previously held strategic positions at Fresche Solutions, and as Senior Vice President of Client Advisory, Maxime was helping clients to align their digital transformation journey with their corporate goals, by building Strategic Transformation plans with the right set of expertise, aligned to their priorities and their realities.  He was also Vice President of ITEC Global Market – Equities & Derivatives at SGCIB (Société Générale Corporate Investment Banking), the world leader in Equity Derivatives and the third largest bank in Europe.

Over the course of his career, Maxime has demonstrated the ability to manage digital transformation in line with the business objectives successfully in many contexts such as growth, operational efficiency, merge and acquisition, and restructuring.  His leadership has allowed him to form successful teams committed to the success of  organizations.  In the last three and a half years as head of Client Advisory at Fresche Solutions he has been able to grow by four times the modernization and transformation activities of the group.  Mr. Leclair holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (B. Sc.) from the University of Sherbrooke and an Executive Certificate in Strategy & Innovation from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
